Terms of Service

These Terms govern purchases and use of StartWise Global services. A signed proposal, order form, statement of work, lease, provider agreement, or service-specific disclosure may add to these Terms. Where a written order conflicts with this page, the signed written order controls for that service.

StartWise provides business-establishment, administrative coordination, and advisory support. StartWise is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, law firm, accounting firm, wireless carrier, utility, address provider, government agency, or guarantor of third-party approval.

1. Services

Services may include company formation coordination, EIN support, business-bank application preparation, D&B and business-credit establishment, OfficeProof commercial-office infrastructure, UtilityProof activation coordination, TaxBridge ITIN coordination, MobileLine wireless eSIM coordination, compliance support, and related onboarding or advisory work.

2. Customer information and lawful use

You must provide accurate, complete, current information and use every company, address, lease, tax number, mobile line, account, and supporting document only for lawful purposes consistent with your real ownership and operating model. StartWise may pause or terminate work where information is incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, prohibited, or creates compliance risk.

3. Third-party decisions

Government agencies, banks, fintechs, credit bureaus, lenders, marketplaces, merchant processors, carriers, utilities, landlords, mail providers, and other third parties apply their own policies. StartWise prepares, coordinates, and supports applications but does not control approval, account limits, processing times, verification acceptance, underwriting, funding, or continued service.

4. OfficeProof

OfficeProof is an annual commercial-office service subject to location inventory, provider review, a company-name lease, customer identity and authority checks, USPS Form 1583 requirements for mail processing, and the selected provider’s terms. The current route is represented by the provider as non-CMRA, but that classification does not override an institution’s operating-address or principal-place-of-business requirements. The office must not be described in a manner inconsistent with the customer’s real operations.

5. UtilityProof

UtilityProof requires an active OfficeProof lease. The StartWise fee covers coordination. Utility installation, deposits, equipment, monthly service, taxes, contracts, and cancellation charges are separate unless expressly included in writing.

6. TaxBridge

TaxBridge is available only where the applicant has a valid U.S. federal tax purpose and is eligible for an ITIN. An ITIN is not an SSN, immigration status, work authorization, or guaranteed pathway to banking, personal-guarantor credit, funding, or other financial products. Tax-return preparation and exceptional filing costs are separate unless included in writing.

7. MobileLine

MobileLine is limited to T-Mobile or AT&T eSIM. The customer must provide an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device with a valid EID and must satisfy the selected carrier’s activation requirements. Device purchase, taxes, roaming, premium plans, international usage, replacements, and carrier extras are separate. No specific bank, short-code sender, or platform verification result is guaranteed.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe. OfficeProof and MobileLine are annual subscriptions unless a written order states otherwise. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation in accordance with the service terms. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a current paid term, executed lease, activated line, incurred provider cost, or completed work.

9. Customer cooperation

You must respond to requests, provide documents, complete identity checks, review drafts, sign authorized forms, maintain accurate records, and pay third-party charges when due. Delays caused by missing customer action, institutions, or providers do not constitute StartWise delay.

10. Intellectual property and communications

StartWise retains ownership of its methods, templates, systems, branding, and general materials. Customers receive a limited right to use deliverables created for their engagement. You agree to receive transactional email, billing notices, document requests, service updates, and security communications. Marketing email requires separate consent and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

11. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartWise is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative, or third-party losses arising from a government, bank, lender, bureau, processor, carrier, utility, landlord, marketplace, or provider decision. StartWise’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the StartWise professional fees paid for the affected service, excluding amounts passed to third parties.

12. Contact

Questions may be sent to contact@startwise.global or +1 (260) 234-0752.

These terms are intended to support production operations and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which StartWise and its customers operate.
